In Ladera Ranch home prices have recently reached a plateau, but it is still a buyer’s market and the supply of homes listed has started growing relative to demand.  This could mean that prices could move downward until the demand increases.  

With inventory and days-on-the market basically unchanged prices could remain the same or drop until there is a change in sales activity.
