One of Orange County’s most expensive master-planned communities, with about 4,000 homes, Coto de Caza is a private reserve. The median household income of more than $150,000 makes it one of the wealthiest communities in the area. It is surrounded by the Thomas F. Neighboring Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera Ranch, and Mission Viejo, Coto de Caza is minutes away from major shopping and dining. The neighborhood is known for reality-based television show The Real Housewives of Orange County (Bravo) which is set in the community.
