Arna began her career in real estate over twenty years ago, and was immediately recognized as a top selling
agent, earning "Rookie of the Year” honors for the DeWolfe Company, a Boston firm with over 1,200 agents. She has since built successfully as an agent and a broker in diverse markets, such as Boston and Southern California. She worked as a marketing manager for a national title company, which contributed to her
extensive use of technology in real estate endeavors. At eHomes.com, one of the first Clicks-and-Mortar real estate companies she established herself as a marketing and training director at the firm. eHomes was the first and leading web based real estate firm to take the MLS listings from the private domain to the public and was the pioneer in wireless networking to conduct business remotely. With an Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue in Audiology and Speech Science, and a Masters Degree from Butler University in Education, Arna has a rare combination of interpersonal and business skills, useful in the Real Estate Industry. She continues as the Broker of her woman owned corporation, Homes of California. Arna’s extensive experience resulted in her cutting edge insight into the benefits and challenges of technology and gave her foresight to begin networking professionals linked in the default industry. Arna continuouly attends confrences to stay abreast with the current market conditions, laws and trends that affect our housing industry and hascompleted her desination as a Certified Defult Professional Expert and is HAFA certifed to work on Short Sale transactions.
